They are currently seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team in Amersham. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a small but highly achieving Treasury team within a fast-growing business. The salary is £50,000 - £60,000 plus 15% bonus, hybrid working, and many other company-specific benefits.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, your role will be broad-ranging, providing you with exposure to all areas of a treasury function. You will be responsible for:
1. Managing daily cash flow and forecasting in Kyriba
2. Reviewing cash positions and managing foreign currencies efficiently
3. Preparing and posting Treasury accounting for Head Office companies
4. Processing intercompany and external payments
5. Preparing month-end reports and assisting in financial analysis
6. Managing external and intercompany loan positions and reporting
7. Maintaining Kyriba data, rules, and mapping to optimize its functionality
8. Handling ad hoc requests from operating companies or Head Office
9. Implementing continuous process improvements focused on automation and risk management
What you bring:
1. Fully qualified accountant or part-qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience in large corporate treasury using a TMS. Experience within treasury is not vital if fully qualified.
2. Broad knowledge of treasury functions including FX risk and hedging, cash management, debt structures, and intercompany loans
3. Tech-savvy with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
4. Experience with accounting and consolidation software such as Sage or Cognos
5. Excellent MS Excel skills
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
