What’s the job about?
As a Senior Carer, you’ll combine hands-on care with team leader duties. Your responsibilities include:
1. Supervising your team to ensure confidence and skill in their roles.
2. Supporting residents with personal care needs while maintaining dignity, respect, and privacy.
3. Ensuring residents have up-to-date care plans reflecting their needs.
4. Dispensing medication accurately and keeping detailed records.
This role involves both hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities, so you should be comfortable juggling tasks while prioritizing residents’ wellbeing.
