Rubix have grown the engineering side of the business rapidly over the past few years, part of this is being involved in reliability services (condition-based monitoring). You will have a set region in which to provide services to customers which include:
* Vibration analysis
* Thermography
* Oil analysis & lubrication
* Air leak surveys
* Remote monitoring system implementation
* Asset surveys
You will strive to get your own work, and also work with enquiries from the sales network to advise the customer and convert into a paid job. You will also complete the advised service, and report to the customer within an agreed time frame.
You will normally work in your agreed region, but due to holiday cover, projects, large jobs etc., it maybe required occasionally to work outside of said region.
You will work with a reliability team leader, who will also help and advise of up-and-coming work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing reliability services to identify potential and actual production issues
2. Offering services within engineering to remedy said issues (e.g. motor repair following discovery of failing motor bearings)
3. Providing technical support to the sales network
