Job Description
* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
* Driving sales performance through implementing effective sales strategies
* Handle complex customer complaints and issues
* Provide training and support to team members
* Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience
* Analyse customer feedback and purchasing trends
* Drive continuous improvement in the Sales department
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences

A successful Customer Service and Product Sales Manager should have:
* A proven track record in a Sales and Operations Management role within the retail industry
