We work closely with service users to ensure they receive the highest quality of support that fits their needs. Our "Recovery" model promotes self-management and personal control over their recovery journey.

How I Will Make a Difference:

2. Focus on the service user’s needs, employing communication, motivation, and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
3. Build respectful, honest relationships within professional boundaries, adhering to the Rethink Mental Illness Code of Conduct.
