We're working with a leading national law firm, consistently ranked in the Top 50, to find a Senior Workplace Investigator to join their expanding team. This is a rare chance to go "under the bonnet" of critical employment issues - discrimination, whistleblowing, grievances and board-level disputes - delivering objective, trusted insight to high-profile clients across sectors including education, healthcare, transport, energy and professional services.

The ideal candidate is likely to be:
6. A qualified Solicitor (3 + PQE) in employment law or a senior HR professional with investigation experience
7. Has managed or advised on complex workplace investigations
8. Has a strong grasp of employment law
9. Excellent drafting skills
