What we are looking for :
A key player to lead our culinary team
Design and develop menus that excite and delight
Deliver consistent excellence across breakfast, lunch, and occasional dinners
Uphold the highest standards of kitchen operation
Champion sustainability, safety, and hygiene best practices
Collaborate closely with clubhouse teams to elevate the member experience
What We're Looking For:
A confident, natural cook with strong leadership instincts
Calm under pressure with great decision-making skills
Knowledgeable in budgeting, stock control, and waste management
Fully certified in food hygiene and committed to excellence
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
A driver (due to our beautifully remote location)
Eligible to live and work in the UK
