L&D Consultant – Professional Services Agency
Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)
The Company
My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy business, focusing on supporting businesses to find experts within multiple industries globally.
They are looking to hire a third team member to work with their Manchester team, developing consultants from rookies to team leads.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural next step.
The Role
* Design and deliver L&D solutions across multiple channels including classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
* Handle training administration, planning, and coordination with management, including training needs analysis.
* Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on consultant and employee progress during training.
* Support the Talent Attraction team with onboarding new employees, providing proactive feedback to maximize retention and reduce churn.
* Manage end-to-end training programs, analyzing and reporting on their effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For
* A recruiter with at least 3+ years of experience, with success demonstrated through billings or promotions.
* Experience in delivering mentoring or training, with exposure to coaching groups and individuals.
* Experience as a 360 recruiter or extensive training of consultants in Business Development.
