Job Title: Senior Pipeline Engineer
Salary: £50–£65 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: National (Epsom / London / Peterborough / Manchester / Leeds / Glasgow)
Type: Contract (Inside IR35) – On Payroll, 40 hours per week

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Pipeline Engineer to deliver high-quality technical design across a range of transformational UK infrastructure projects. You’ll be involved in every aspect of pipeline engineering—leading design, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver pipeline design projects in line with relevant standards and codes.
* Lead and mentor a technical team to produce high-quality engineering outputs.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and bid inputs.
* Manage budgets, schedules, and project deliverables effectively.
* Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Ensure adherence to all quality assurance procedures and design governance.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng).
* Proven experience delivering pipeline design projects.
* Strong understanding of hydraulics, pipe restraint and jointing, pipeline materials, bedding, and UTX.
* Proficiency in hydraulic modelling software such as HADES, InfoWorks, or EPANET.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
