Base pay range
Salary: £52,194 - £55,323 p.a. incl. London weighting.
Contract: Permanent.
Hours of work: 36 hours per week.
Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time.
The Post
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organisational success. You’ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and employee development, ensuring a positive work environment.
Additionally, you will support recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to build and maintain a high‑performing workforce. By analysing HR data, you will help drive informed decision‑making and contribute to improving overall business outcomes.
As a flexible working organisation, you will have the option to work two days a week from home.
The Person
You will be a passionate HR professional with excellent knowledge and understanding of human resources best practice and a thorough grasp of the practical application of current and upcoming employment law.
An effective communicator, with influencing and persuasion skills, and evidence of success in building and forming working relationships based on credibility and integrity.
