Job purpose:
To provide HARPs service users with practical advice, information and support on a range of issues including, tenancy sustainment, education, employment, life skills and the promotion of personal independence.
To support people who use our services to seek improvements to their mental health, managing physical health problems and or substance misuse if required.
Provide an exemplary, safe and well-maintained housing for service users.
To be considered for this role you will need to:

Flexible to work where you are most need in our supported housing services
We are happy to consider applicants without experience in this field who can demonstrate empathy and enthusiasm for the role.
Ideally were looking for someone who is:
Experienced in supporting people with complex needs, such as trauma, homelessness, substance use or mental/physical health challenges.
Confident using trauma-informed approaches and creating psychological safety.
Skilled at de-escalation, grounding techniques and helping individuals regulate emotions.
Compassionate, patient, reflective and committed to equality,diversityand inclusion.
Willing to work flexibly, including occasional evenings,weekendsand bank holidays.
