Support Administrator
Perm role, Up to £30k pa DOE, Mon to Thurs
Location: Wetherby, Yorkshire and the Humber, UK
I am seeking an experienced Administrator to support various functions within a busy Engineering and Manufacturing company based in Wetherby.
This role is suitable for an all-rounder with solid knowledge and experience in:
* Health and Safety Administration
* Quality Administration, especially ISO 9001
* Training Records Management
You should also be comfortable assisting with Customer Service tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Key skills include:
* Strong understanding of Quality Systems (ISO 9001)
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental Management
* Experience with Training Records (beneficial)
* Customer Service or Support experience (advantageous)
* Good communication, client-facing skills, and IT proficiency
* Strong character, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Daily responsibilities include:
* Supporting SHEQ department to maintain high standards in health, safety, environment, and quality
* Assisting with internal audits and ISO compliance
* Coordinating and maintaining training plans and records
* Managing records, databases, and spreadsheets
* Preparing reports and correspondence
* General office administration and filing
* Supporting the Customer Service team
This is a permanent position offering up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and hours worked. The client prefers full-time hours but is flexible regarding working days and hours.
