ROLE: Property Assistant
SALARY: £29,000
LOCATION: Liverpool
I am working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Southport, who are looking to recruit a Property Assistant to support a Partner specialising in both residential and commercial property matters.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing to work closely with an experienced Partner, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality work within a professional and supportive office environment.
The role will involve:
Providing direct support to a Partner on residential and commercial property transactions
Assisting with file management from instruction through to completion
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Handling client queries and providing updates
Conducting searches, including Land Registry checks
Managing diaries, appointments, and general administrative duties
Supporting with post-completion work and file closures
The firm is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience within a residential conveyancing assistant or legal secretary role. You will need to be organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
This position would suit someone who is looking to develop their career further and gain exposure to both residential and commercial property work.
