We are seeking an enthusiastic, student-focused English Intervention Lecturer to deliver targeted small-group teaching. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students close learning gaps, build confidence and achieve their next best grade through focused intervention and high-quality teaching. As an English Intervention Tutor, you will work closely with teaching staff to identify students who would benefit from additional academic support and deliver engaging small-group sessions designed to help them succeed. You will play a key role in supporting students through a structured 6-week intervention programme, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to progress successfully in their studies and future careers. About You We are looking for a motivated and supportive individual who shares our commitment to student success and inclusive learning. Essential: Level 3 or higher qualification in English. Evidence of the ability, or potential, to teach small groups to a consistently good or better standard. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to support and guide individual learners effectively. Ability to use initiative and work independently. Ability to work to deadlines in a changing environment. Desirable: Experience working within an educational environment. Knowledge of awarding body assessment processes. Willingness to undertake further professional training or qualifications.
