Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Administrator for our Salisbury team. The role will entail having your own case load and pro-actively managing the security and care of vacant residential properties across the UK. Responsible for seeking resolution to a variety of maintenance related issues, from burst pipes, roof leaks, break in’s, health and safety issues or minor cosmetic works required to aid the presentation and security of a property for marketing purposes.
