This National Law firm is recruiting for a Paralegal to join a specialist Industrial Litigation team. This role is ideal for an paralegal with some form of industrial disease experience.

The Role
Working closely with a Partner and senior fee earners, the successful candidate will assist on litigated occupational health claims. This is a varied and meaningful role, offering exposure to high-value, sensitive cases from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting witness statements and other legal documents
* Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel with professionalism
* Supporting case preparation and day-to-day matter management
* Maintaining accurate records and working to service-level expectations
Candidate Profile
1. Academic background in law is desirable
2. Experience in industrial disease required
3. Empathetic and client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills
4. Excellent communication and organisational ability
