A fantastic role has arisen for a Head of Sales to join one of the most iconic luxury beauty brands in the industry. You will be responsible of leading an incredible team of five with the support and guidance of an amazing General Manager. This is a critical hire within the organisation in the UK and as such the long term opportunities for the individual are highly rewarding.

It is a highly autonomous role & one that requires a good understanding of beauty retailing for the likes of Boots, Superdrug ideally.
About the Role
This role involves leading the commercial strategy and managing key relationships with major retailers.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement long term commercial strategies across the likes Boots & The Perfume Shop
* Responsible and accountable for commercial channel P&Ls by delivering top line objectives & flawless execution of activation programs to drive commercial success
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership team and Brand teams to lead the development of the commercial strategy
* Lead & build a high performing team through effective talent management, coaching and deploying differentiated development plans.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal & external customers so as to achieve commercial objectives
Qualifications
* A successful commercially focused leader of people with a demonstrable track record of success within a quality consumer beauty brand, ideally in the beauty or personal care sector, being both a brand and revenue builder, and a real team leader.
* Experience of running and owning a P & L, and of leading a high growth brand.
* Channel experience within the beauty or personal care category experience
* Possess strong analytical skills, a keen business acumen with commercial nous.
* A hands-on approach, and enjoy leading the strategy, whilst also being a "doer".
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Proven track record in commercial strategy development
* Excellent relationship-building abilities
