You’ll: Manage check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, issue keys, and handle payments or billing queries Support guests with questions, messages, reservations, and local recommendations Liaise with Housekeeping on room status and respond to guest requests, including delivering amenities or setting up extra beds Be flexible in your availability to work varied shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays Experience with Opera Cloud and Knowcross is a strong advantage.
