We Are Footprint is seeking a reliable and organised
Site Administrator
to support a Tier 1 contractor on the delivery of a major leisure facility. This part-time role is ideal for someone with previous site administration experience looking for flexible hours within a professional and fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team
* Managing and maintaining site documentation and filing systems
* Scheduling meetings and maintaining site calendars
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and visitors
* Supporting health & safety compliance, including record-keeping and inductions
* Assisting with document control using site-specific systems
Requirements:
* Experience in a construction site admin or similar administrative role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Experience with document control platforms (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex) is desirable but not essential
