Overview
Keyholder Sales, PT (8 Hours) - The Boulevard at Under Armour. This role supports store leadership, oversees sales and customer service, coaches teammates, and assists with daily store operations as needed. This is a great first-time leadership role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Back up the store leadership team by overseeing sales and customer service
* Coach, train, and support teammates
* Lead store operations in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager, including opening and closing
* Provide information on technical product portfolio and assist athletes with requests
* Support training to establish a service/selling culture unique to Under Armour
* Drive sales and KPI target achievement as part of the store leadership team
* Maintain store standards: cleanliness, stock, safety, loss prevention, and compliance
Qualifications
* 1 year experience in a retail environment
* Passion for performance-driven brand
* Outgoing personality with excellent communication
* Fluency in local language and/or English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule
* Basic people management skills
* Proficient with computers/technology

Requirements
* One year experience in sports/apparel & footwear retail
* Availability to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends
Physical Requirements
* Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
* Stand and move about for extended periods
