An exciting opportunity has arisen for a regional sales manager to join their fun and inspiring make‑up team. The brand is known for its brow expertise, cheek products and playful and light‑hearted messaging.
Responsibilities
* Oversee sales strategy and target achievements for the area by setting regional sales goals aligned with business targets.
* Develop action plans to grow revenue and market share, analyse sales data and report performance to senior leadership.
* Manage field‑based managers and provide strong management and coaching skills to support, train and motivate teams to meet or exceed KPIs.
* Manage regional budgets and oversee territory planning.
* Support learning and development of the sales teams and coordinate with head office on their development.
* Track and report all sales activities, and develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
* Oversee the South and South West of the UK.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing field‑based managers.
* Experience managing regional budgets and territory planning.
* Strong analytical skills in sales data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent coaching, training and motivational skills.
* Ability to coordinate with head office and support development programmes.
Compensation
Competitive salary of £60-75,000, plus a company car and an annual bonus.
