The Role:
* Lead and develop the regional team, driving operational efficiency and growth across the Northern Ireland branch
* Deliver strong leadership, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting staff development
* Oversee the delivery of insurance solutions for personal and commercial clients, ensuring service excellence
* Develop and execute regional business plans in line with company strategy and targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, ensuring favourable terms and service agreements
* Manage branch operations and reporting, including compliance, productivity, and performance metrics
* Act as a key point of contact for senior management, contributing to group-wide initiatives
* Optimise system usage and process improvement across the branch to drive operational efficiency
The Person:
* Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role within the insurance sector
* Strong operational background with systems knowledge and a hands-on leadership approach
* Solid experience liaising with insurers and a deep understanding of brokerage dynamics
* Commercially minded with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and motivate teams
* Knowledge of the Northern Ireland insurance market desirable but not essential
