My client is one of the largest independent food waste processing operators in the UK. It has expanded its food waste recycling network through acquisition, located across England, Scotland and Wales that provide cost-effective, low carbon, food, and organic waste management solutions. Working with supermarkets, the hospitality industry, food manufacturers and local authorities across the UK, the sites recycle over half a million tonnes of food waste each yearThere are two parts to the role, and the hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, start and finish times to be agreed. Office Cleaning Responsible for the cleaning the office facilities and general cleaning, inside only. Administrative This will involve making internals calls to a different company site, data entry into spreadsheets, general site admin. The ideal person will have a high degree of practical common sense and a positive attitude to problem solving as would a good sense of humour. Previous experience in this type of role is desired but your willingness to learn and be committed is more important. The role is starting on a temp basis, and it is possible for it to develop into a perm position at some stage in the future. Important – This is a food waste processing company, and some candidates may find it difficult to work in a food waste odour environment.
