Role: Full Time Office Administrator Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour Maternity Cover (1 year) with strong possibility of Permanent Benefits: Company events, Company pension, On-site parking We are currently seeking an office administrator to join and support our very busy office team, providing administrative support to all divisions within the business and assist in the day to day running of the office. The position is for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Duties will include but are not limited to: Typing/Word processing letters, reports, publicity and collating information Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information. Maintaining, revising and updating of filing systems. Maintaining spreadsheets and inputting of jobs on our cloud management job software Taking and relaying messages/information. Dealing with a range of queries. Any Other duties in relation to general office requirements. Eligibility Criteria: A minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment. GCSE Math & English Grade C or above Proficient in MS office suite of programs to include Outlook, Excel and Word Experience in use of Job Management Software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to reviewing their work for accuracy Ability to work on own initiative to complete tasks with agreed timeframes and to a consistently high standard.
