The ideal candidate:
We are looking for a strong, experienced and commercially aware individual with a hotel finance background who can utilise their expertise to support a growing hospitality company.
Key skills required:
Experience as a hotel Assistant Financial Controller, hotel Finance Manager or hotel Financial Controller (minimum 3 years)
Self-accounting experience is essential
Broad knowledge of all areas of a hotel finance department
Enthusiastic about new technologies and innovations
IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems
Leadership skills
Adept at fostering a positive and inclusive working environment within a small finance team
Comfortable working in an on-site setting
Salary package: £45,000 plus great branded hotel company benefits
