Something huge is happening at The Blue Stoops... We’re giving our beautiful building a stunning renovation and bold expansion — and we’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the launch team. This is your chance to bring your passion for food to one of North Derbyshire’s most exciting pubs. You’ll train at our neighbouring site, The Hunloke Arms, before stepping into your new role at the reimagined Blue Stoops. At Chilled Pubs, food is at the heart of everything we do. From wood-fired pizzas and giant swinging skewers to bao buns, burgers, and homemade gelato, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, exciting, and delicious dishes that wow our guests every single time.
What The Role Entails
* Cooking with Quality - Prepare and cook fresh dishes to spec, ensuring every plate looks and tastes incredible.
* Food Safety First - Follow the highest standards of compliance, cleanliness, and hygiene.
* Own Your Section - Take responsibility for your station, managing prep, service, and smooth delivery.
* Stay Sharp Under Pressure - Cook with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
* Team Spirit - Work closely with your fellow chefs to keep service flowing and standards high.
* Adapt & Support - Jump into different sections of the kitchen when needed to support the team.
