Location: Basingstoke

Contract: Office based, Full time, 12 month fixed term contract Role

Salary up to £24,570 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Basingstoke branch. This role plays a key part in supporting the Retention function by managing administrative duties across various stages of occupancy. You’ll work closely with the team to deliver essential tasks, maintain accurate records, and help drive business objectives forward.

You’ll be responsible for data entry, and ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies. Collaboration with teams across the business is vital, and you’ll receive training to operate effectively from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and wants to grow their knowledge in the housing and care sector.

Role Criteria

1. Experience working within an office or administrative environment
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Excellent attention to detail when updating records
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
5. Skilled in managing and prioritising a large and varied workload
6. IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office packages, including basic Excel
7. Able to maintain written and digital records to evidence outcomes and current status
8. Comfortable supporting managers with tasks that contribute to wider business goals
9. Willingness to expand your knowledge of services, processes and sector-specific practices
10. Professional approach to compliance with company policies and procedures
11. Flexible and open to supporting other teams and ad hoc projects when required
