Title: Brand & Campaign Executive
Salary: Up to £40,000
Working Pattern: 4-day work week, Mon to Thurs, with 2 days in the office

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Brand & Campaigns Executive to help strengthen our presence, shape our voice, and create campaigns that make a real impact. This role is for someone who loves variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands the power of marketing to drive growth and reputation. You’ll be hands-on, creative, and strategic, playing a key role in how we position ourselves and engage with the world.
Role:
* Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, and offline) that engage, inform, and convert.
* Use HubSpot to create workflows, segment audiences, and support lead nurturing strategies that move people through the funnel.
* Coordinate and manage events and trade shows, overseeing logistics, campaign support, and lead follow-up.
* Ensure campaigns reflect our brand and values across all platforms and sectors.
* Work with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals and customer needs.
* Use insights from HubSpot and GA4 to measure performance and continuously improve.
What You'll Need To Have:
* Previous experience in B2B marketing roles.
* Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns across email, digital, and paid channels.
* Hands-on familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
* A strong sense of brand, messaging, and visual consistency.
* Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Clear communication and a collaborative team approach.
* A good understanding of how marketing contributes to commercial success.
