Learning & Development Manager
As a Learning & Development Manager
We rely on you to plan, monitor, coordinate and conduct training activities effectively in order to upgrade the performance of our employees to meet the hotel standard.
Be responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance in all areas of Learning & Development and other Human Resources-related functions as well as supporting the accomplishment of hotel and department goals and objectives.
A few of the defining attributes of the Training Manager, his/her engaging personality and exceptional people management skills coupled with creativity and innovation. Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Learning & Development processes and procedures.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Training and Development Management or similar capacity in an International Class Hotel.
* Excellent Trainer & Coaching skills.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Effective bi-lingual in both Malay & English.
* Goals oriented.
* Critical thinker with innovative problem‑solving skills.
* Strategic and creative mindset.
* Excellent track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
* Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
* A team player, dependent, highly motivated, mature and with a high speed of execution.
* Pleasant and well-groomed.
