Job Title: Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry Grade: Specialty Doctor Location: Romford, Essex Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Rate: Competitive — details to be discussed upon application We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry to join our NHS client in Romford, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the care of adults with complex mental health needs within a supportive and multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality psychiatric care within inpatient and/or community mental health settings. Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and contribute to the development of individualised treatment plans. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and continuity of care. Support senior clinicians in managing complex cases and care coordination. Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act (MHA) and other relevant legislation and clinical standards. Qualifications & Experience Full GMC licence to practise Experience in General Adult Psychiatry, ideally in both inpatient and community settings Previous experience in a similar role within the NHS or equivalent Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills How to Apply If your expertise aligns with this role, apply today!
