They are looking to secure an energising, hard working, curious, honest, friendly and accurate Customer Service Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities for this role include:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Using SAP for Order Processing & Order Management within the UK.
* Communicating with colleagues in Belgium, India, Pakistan, Uruguay, Singapore
* Working to supply major Blue-chip companies throughout the world
* Receives, reviews documents and processes customer orders and enquiries.· Generates and sends sales invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
* Approves supplier invoices· Maintains and updates customer and product files (hard copy and computer database)
* Amends and maintains pricing files as requested by the Market Managers or Managing Director
* Raises and processes purchase orders as requested by Customer Services Team Leaders or the Managing Director
* Provides cover for the customer services Team Leaders during illness or holidays
* Receiving and Answering company E Mails
* Stock Monitoring and Stock Rotation
* Ordering of replenishment stock when required (worldwide suppliers).
* End of Month Stock Checks
To be successful you will need:
* Great attention to detail
* Be IT Literate
* Experience of arranging logistics
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to multi - task
* Experience of processing invoices
* B2B experience
* SAP experience would be beneficial.
