Worth Recruiting is seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator for an established, high-performing independent estate agency based in Ilford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated individual with previous estate agency experience to join a busy and successful team in a rewarding and fast-paced role.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Generating new business through calls and client outreach
* Negotiating successful property sales and residential lettings
* Canvassing and prospecting for new instructions
* Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
* Liaising with landlords, vendors, applicants and buyers
* Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings
* A strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
* Smart, professional presentation and strong work ethic
* Local knowledge of Ilford and surrounding areas (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
