This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel skills to support a busy finance function, with the possibility of the role developing into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the purchase ledger, including processing supplier invoices, payment requests, and reconciling supplier statements.
* Oversee credit control duties such as chasing overdue payments and managing customer accounts.
* Support month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and reporting.
* Assist with payment runs and respond to financial queries in a timely manner.
* Provide general administrative support across the finance department.
* Contribute to audits and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
* Demonstrate flexibility by supporting wider finance functions when required.
