As our new Facilities Coordinator you will support our in-house maintenance team with administration tasks, raising order, scheduling contractors, to meet the obligations help ensure the upkeep of our modern and extensive facilities, infrastructure and environment to the highest standards. This role would be ideal for someone looking for a career in facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Facilities and maintenance teams
Monitor the facilities helpdesk, ensuring requests are dealt with promptly
Coordinate planned maintenance and reactive repairs, liaising with external suppliers and contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time
Carry out compliance monitoring and checks (e.g. fire alarm testing)
Provide hands-on support with specific tasks where needed
Who are we looking for?
As someone committed to a career in facilities, you will have an appreciation and understanding of compliance and risk management. You will be able to communicate at all levels (internally and externally) with a well organised and disciplined approach to process adherence. You will be well organised with strong IT skills, a flexible attitude and a willingness to be hands on. Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude will be essential in this role.
