Key Responsibilities
E-mail Marketing & CRM
Own and optimise all email flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) to drive revenue and engagement working within framework of already BIC flow structures.
Build and deploy campaign emails for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events and flash offers
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion) and apply adaptations based on data driven decisions
Implement A/B testing strategies
Collaborate with design and e-Comm teams to ensure brand consistency and UX excellence
Content & SEO Ownership
Manage and evolve our on-page blog strategy to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings
Plan, in synergy with brand strategy and quarterly business plans supporting blogs and on page content to drive growth, traffic and customer education/ Awareness
Assess FAQ and customer enquiries to optimise content that supports customer service efficiency (FAQs, product education, etc.) while offering stronger consumer engagement
Collaborate with our SEO agency or internal stakeholders to track performance and identify opportunities
Take initiative in writing or requesting blogs and UGC for website optimisations based on identified trends and commercial opportunity
Trade Marketing & PR Support
Deliver trade-facing email communications aligned with NPD timelines and commercial priorities and brand story telling
Support PR outreach and press release coordination around new product launches and marketing campaigns, Liaise with sales and commercial teams to ensure messaging aligns with channel strategy

Key Skills & Traits
2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within FMCG, wellness, or DTC
Proven track record managing email flows and campaign performance (Klaviyo or similar)
Strong writing skills with an eye for brand tone, clarity, and conversion
Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimisation
Experience in using Figma/ Canva or equivalent
Comfortable using analytics tools to interpret data and drive decisions
Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn — with a growth mindset and collaborative spirit
Creative yet performance-minded: Can juggle brand nuance with ROI-driven decisions.
Strong communication and relationship management skills—internal and external.

Improvement in open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates across flows and campaigns
Growth in email subscriber engagement, reduced unsubscribe rates, and improved session duration
Reduction in customer service queries through optimised FAQ and educational content
Increase in qualified traffic to key landing pages and blog content via email and organic channels
Growth in keyword rankings, organic impressions, and blog-driven sessions
Improved customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) through better targeting and retention
Clear contribution of email and content channels to monthly and quarterly revenue targets
