Job Description: Plan, deliver, monitor, and assess a coordinated programme of activities, including games, dance, gymnastics, athletics, and outdoor and adventurous activities based on the National Curriculum requirements. Teach PE lessons to all primary school-aged children. Work collaboratively with other adults to enhance their delivery of PE lessons. Lead occasional CPD sessions for teaching staff. (Experience of delivering CPD is essential). Help organise sports events in partnership with the Suffolk School Sports Partnership. Run engaging lunchtime and after-school sports clubs where appropriate. Promote a positive attitude towards physical activity and healthy lifestyles, ensuring all children have opportunities to participate. Set and maintain high standards for yourself and others.
