Role Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoice delivery, resolving billing queries, and supporting in continuous improvement for billing operations. What you will get: • An agile career and dynamic working culture • An inclusive and ethical workplace • Hybrid working policy – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home • A variety of benefits tailored to your localality. • Access to global benefits via https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits What you will do: Generating invoices from across the group - a combination of automated and manual invoicing depending on complexity of the customer Reconciling data from multiple sources, ensuring the data is correct to allow for invoices to be generated by the automated invoicing system Ensure the daily invoicing checks are completed prior to posting Uploading of bills via e-billing platforms (i.e. Coupa, Ariba) Dealing with and resolving billing queries Support setting up new customers in line with company policy Producing and maintaining e-billing status reports and any other reports What we are looking for: Billing experience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic billing environment Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Excellent oral and written communication Effective prioritisation and time management Strong team working skills Customer service orientated attitude and problem solving skills.
