Commercial Gas Engineer
Join Glam Out as a Commercial Gas Engineer. Based from home with a mobile basis, you will travel to a network of commercial sites across Guildford, Reading, Oxford, and nearby areas.
Location and Salary
Location: Guildford/Reading/Oxford and surrounding (very limited London work).
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus door‑to‑door travel, fuel card, overtime.
Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems.
* Execute preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and meet KPI targets across data centres, offices, gyms, hotels, etc.
* Provide 24‑hour emergency call‑out (1 in 7/8 rotation) with £100 standby.
* Work overtime opportunities and prospects for future progression.
* Enjoy 23 days annual leave and a high‑spec van available for personal use.
* Travel door‑to‑door within the specified region.
Candidate Requirements
* Recognised industry qualifications, including ACS tickets.
* Good customer service skills, well‑presented, articulate.
* Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems.
* Experience with HVAC maintenance contracts is advantageous but not essential.
* Motivated, trustworthy, team player, loyal and reliable.
