The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Senior Girls & Sixth Form site.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, and staff
Provide excellent customer service in person, via phone, and email
Support pupil attendance administration and maintain accurate records
Assist with daily office duties, including typing, filing, and post management
Manage deliveries and coordinate with the Finance Office
Attend diary meetings and take minutes where required
Collate and distribute school reports and grade cards
Handle confidential information in line with GDPR guidelines
Assist with school events and communications with parents
Support safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times

Previous experience in administration or reception
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
