This would be on the 3- shift based on a 37-hour working week.Nights Sun 10.30pm to 6am (Mon to Thurs 10pm to 6am) 30-minute unpaid breakLates: Mon to Thurs 2pm to 10pm (1:30 to 9pm Friday) 30-minute unpaid breakEarlies: Mon to Fri 6am to 2pm (1.30pm Friday) 30-minute unpaid break
What youll do:
* Lead and motivate a skilled team to achieve production targets.
* Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
* Oversee machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimise workflow.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability and reduce downtime.
* Collaborate on root cause analysis and maintain SOP integrity.

* Proven experience in a CNC machine shop environment.
* Ability to set and run a variety of machine tools.
* Strong leadership skills with a proactive, supportive approach.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Computer literacy and a commitment to quality and safety.
