Document Controller based in Ewloe Green, Liverpool. Are you a highly organised and meticulous Document Controller ready to take on a pivotal role in the heart of Liverpool? We are looking for a dedicated Document Controller to join one of our clients. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role in their office. Excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives on managing information and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities
* Document Management: Meticulously manage the flow of project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence, from creation to archiving.
* Quality & Compliance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring they comply with procedural standards.
* System Administration: Maintain and update our electronic document management system (Aconex) ensuring information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible to the project team.
* Support & Collaboration: Provide essential support to project teams, offering guidance on document control processes and resolving queries.
* Record Keeping: Maintain detailed trackers and logs to create a clear audit trail for all project documentation.
What We're Looking For
* Proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid administrative background.
* Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
* Strong proficiency in a document management system (EDMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with meticulous accuracy.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
