Are you a highly motivated individual with previous broker experience? We are supporting a company based in Polegate who are recruiting for a full time Commercial Account Manager. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm; however, the client can offer part time hours (4 days/30 hours per week) for the right candidate. This role is offering a salary of £40k-£50k per annum (DOE) as well as remote working. Although this role is remote based, you must be able to drive/have your own car and be able to commute into Polegate when required. Duties will include: Responding promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries Managing a team of Commercial Executives, and supporting them to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and sales Monitoring KPIs and contributing to budgets and reports to ensure sale targets are achieved for the business Ensuring business activities comply with regulations and company policies Responsible for building relationships with clients, underwriters and insurers, ensuring retention Identifying new business opportunities, contributing to business planning and growth strategy Creating proposals and presentations to prospective clients Negotiating terms and keeping updated on market developments and products and analysing data to inform decision-makingTo be successful, you must have at least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance and strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products.
