Duties Manage and develop the European Procurement team Work with various team to drive improvement and cost optimisation initiatives. Manage and report transactional performance and cost savings. Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure purchasing practices are fully aligned with companys policies Build procurement strategies for the production facilities and regional offices. Oversee negotiation of supply agreements. Tackle any supply chain risks Enhance supplier relationships and work with the global supply chain Develop and monitor supplier KPIs Other adhoc duties About you 5 years of experience in a Procurement Manager role.
