Job Title: Sales Support & Compliance Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

A dynamic organisation based in Redditch is seeking a Sales Support & Compliance Administrator to join their team within the quickly growing IT industry. This is an exciting opportunity to support multiple departments including sales, engineering, accounts, and compliance, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain accurate client records
Support the engineering team with plans, documentation, and operations manuals
Assist in preparing and delivering compliance documentation, including ISO-related assessments
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless job delivery
Undertake purchasing tasks on behalf of sales and engineering departments
Support marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and brand awareness activities
Provide administrative assistance to the Accounts team as requiredRequirements:
Proven office-based experience with strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working to deadlines and as part of a team
