Central Operations Project Manager, Pub Partners Division - 9 Month FTC
The Opportunity:
Reporting into the Head of Central Operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within the Pub Partners Division at Stonegate Group. You will work in conjunction with all required interdependencies across the group to manage the programme of central projects and changes that will affect Pub Partners. You will play a vital support role to bridge execution between strategic direction from the Head of Central Operations and effective communication with the Communications Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: Manage and deliver operational and strategic projects from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met
Operational Coordination:
* Support the Head of Central Operations with day-to-day coordination of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across department
* Manage and Own the PP capacity planner to ensure smooth planning and share ahead of each quarter review
Process Improvement: Identify, recommend, and implement process efficiencies across the business to streamline operations and improve performance
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between central functions, field teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and progress on key initiatives
Comms Support: Work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communication of operational updates, campaigns, and changes to the business
Event and Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of operational campaigns, business rollouts, and Internal events, ensuring full operational readiness
Change Management: Assist with the planning and implementation of change initiatives, helping teams adapt smoothly to new systems, processes or structures working alongside PMO
Ad Hoc Support:
* Provide flexible, handson support to the Head of Central Ops and Comms Manager on urgent priorities, initiatives, and business needs
* Capture learnings and feedback to improve future projects both for team and interdependencies
* Attend regular DBU Meetings
About You:
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
* Experience in project or operations management (hospitality/retail is a plus)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and project tracking tools
* Proven experience in project management or central operations roles, ideally in hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – confident preparing briefings, reports, and presentations
* Comfortable working with data and turning insights into clear recommendations or actions
* Experience working across departments and with multiple stakeholders to land projects effectively

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team.
