SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity A specialist primary school is currently seeking committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team, supporting pupils aged 2–11 with complex learning needs. All pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in place, and the school prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment. This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Role Overview The appointed SEN Teaching Assistant will work in close collaboration with teaching staff and external professionals to support children with: Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) Support will be delivered in both group and one-to-one settings, with a strong emphasis on fostering independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
