ASA Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Support Workers who are able to drive as part of their role to work within care services across North Lanarkshire.
These roles offer regular ongoing work with the potential to move into a permanent position.
As a Support Worker, your role will be both varied and rewarding. Typical duties include:
1. Delivering person-centred care in line with daily care plans
2. Administering medication safely and accurately
3. Supporting with personal care and hygiene
4. Assisting at mealtimes and encouraging healthy routines
5. Promoting independence and wellbeing among residents
6. Ensuring a clean and safe living environment

7. A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Reliability and the ability to work independently
10. A current PVG certificate or willingness to join the scheme
11. A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive as part of your duties
