Hospital Acute Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse / RMN to join our dynamic team in a fast‑paced acute hospital environment.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and mental health needs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and efficacy.
* Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress.
* Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient treatment and progress.
Requirements
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification or equivalent.
* Current and valid NMC registration.
* Experience in an acute hospital setting is preferred.
* Strong understanding of mental health issues and crisis intervention techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
