Were working with a leading international consultancy based in Central London (with a stunning office!) seeking a highly organised Legal Assistant to support their growing contracts function. This will initially be a 6 month temp contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and maintaining a contracts tracker with precision and accuracy
* Monitoring key dates (renewals, expiries, notice periods) and keeping stakeholders informed
* Coordinating contract execution processes end-to-end (including e-signatures)
* Supporting client onboarding and legal documentation workflows
* Reviewing NDAs and assisting with drafting standard legal agreements
* Acting as a key point of contact between legal, finance, and internal
Key experience:
* 2-3 years experience in a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary or similar role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
* Confident communicator who can work across teams and senior stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
* Comfortable working with legal documents, contracts, and trackers
