Enterprise Account Director x2 (500 seats)

📍 Camberley | 💼 Permanent | 💰 £70/80k base + £40/50k OTE uncapped


We’re working with a well-established, award-winning UK Managed Services provider that delivers secure, cloud-led IT, connectivity and cyber solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.

With a strong reputation for service quality, consistently high NPS scores, and a people-first culture, this organisation supports a large and diverse customer base across Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workspace, Cyber Security and Managed Services.


The Role

As an Enterprise Account Director, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on strategic account growth, commercial performance, and long-term customer value. This is a senior, customer-facing role where you’ll work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to drive outcomes across a broad technology stack.


Key Responsibilities

* Own and grow enterprise accounts, identifying white space and cross-sell opportunities across multiple technology pillars
* Build and execute structured account plans, IT roadmaps and risk registers aligned to customer objectives
* Lead and deliver high-quality QBRs covering service performance, risks, roadmap progress and commercial opportunities
* Act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Projects, Operations)
* Maintain strong CRM hygiene to support forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
* Lead commercial negotiations including renewals, upsell and contract changes
* Support onboarding and project delivery, ensuring a smooth and consistent customer experience


What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in IT, technology, managed services or MSP environments, ideally selling to enterprise or upper mid-market customers
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, shape and close complex opportunities
* Confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading structured commercial conversations
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
* Customer-first, solutions-led approach with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
* Full UK driving licence
